Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If a return or exchange is necessary, we’re here to help. Below, is some helpful information about our policies:

  • Returns of full price merchandise must be made within 30 days of shipping your order.
  • Returns are usually processed within 3 business days of receipt. Please allow additional time for processing during the holiday season.
  • Merchandise must be in the same condition as when it arrived - unworn and unwashed with all tags attached and in original packaging, otherwise a 15% (of full MSRP) re-stocking fee will be assessed.
  • No returns on Sale merchandise.
  • Within 30 days of receipt of your return, credit will be issued to the original method of payment less shipping and handling and other fees that are non-refundable. We will only refund the original shipping cost on your order if you received the incorrect item or if the item was defective.
  • If we shipped a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we are happy to exchange it for you, free of charge via Standard Ground Delivery. You may be entitled to a shipping refund. Any refund will not be greater than the total of original shipping. Any damage claims made after 30 days will not be accepted.

If you experience a problem with any of our products, simply fill out the return/exchange form provided on the link below, describing the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. This return/exchange form must accompany all returns. Your return box should be packaged and sealed securely, with items in the original packaging if possible.

When sending a return/exchange, please use a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost.

Please note:

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
  • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
  • You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a shipping error.
