General Order & Shipping Information:
  • All orders from the Prima Studio online store are processed using secure server technology (SSL).
  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All orders are normally processed within 24 business hours, barring weekends, holidays or other delays.
  • All packages are insured.
  • Multiple items may require new shipping calculations.
  • We only ship to the billing address of the cardholder.



International Orders
All International orders are subject to the customs, duties and taxes imposed by the receiving country. Additional shipping charges may apply. Make sure you provide a phone number or email address with your order. You will be required to confirm your order total before shipping. Orders placed outside the continental U.S., including APO/FPO orders, require additional shipping charges. You will be contacted via phone or email prior to the addition of any shipping costs and/or alternate delivery times.  Pricing may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, The Virgin Islands and all other international orders. If you are ordering from any of these areas, you will be contacted prior to delivery if there are discrepancies in prices. Shipping prices may be higher in these areas depending on weight.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned product. We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error. See Return/Exchange Policies for more details.

Price adjustments
While we offer returns / exchanges within 30 days of purchase on full-price garments in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging) with our invoice or receipt, we do not offer price adjustments. Note that sale items are final sale.

Damaged/Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may send you a prepaid return label. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. You must contact us within 30 days of shipping your order. See Return/Exchange Policies for more details.
