Shipping Rates

We can’t wait to get your goodies to you so we do our best to process orders within 48 business hours. And, please allow additional time for orders placed over the weekend and during holidays.

General Order & Shipping Information:

  • All orders from the Prima Studio online store are processed using secure server technology (SSL).
  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All packages are insured.
  • Multiple items may require new shipping calculations.
  • We only ship to the billing address of the cardholder.
  • APO / FPO orders, require additional shipping charges. You will be contacted via phone or email prior to the addition of any shipping costs and/or alternate delivery times.

International Orders

All international orders are subject to the customs, duties and taxes imposed by the receiving country. Additional shipping charges may apply large orders. Make sure you provide a phone number or email address with your order in case we need to contact you. If you do not see your country listed in the chart, please email us at so that we may give you an estimate for shipping your goodies.


You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned product. We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error. See Return/Exchange Policies for more details.

Price adjustments

While we offer returns / exchanges within 30 days of purchase on full-price garments in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging) with our invoice or receipt, we do not offer price adjustments. Note that sale items are final sale.

Damaged/Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may send you a prepaid return label. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. You must contact us within 30 days of shipping your order. See Return/Exchange Policies for more details.
